These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of the UTF Media Co. server ("Wolf Pack"," "we," “our” or "this") services, including our various server channels, notifications, and other covered services that links to these Terms for this online community. Use of the Services (including access to the Content) is subject to compliance with these Terms, therefore, by accessing or using any of the Services through any Access Point (including by visiting the desktop Site or by downloading or launching the mobile application), you (“member”) accept and agree to these Terms. 1. SUBSCRIPTION AND FEES - We automatically charge a monthly fee in the amount of (USD) $2.99 or an annual fee in the amount of (USD) $19.99 to have exclusive access to this discord. The fee will be charged to the original card that you use to sign up un-interrupted UNTIL you cancel or pause your subscription via your Lauchpass control panel. No refunds will be accepted for any reason under any circumstance.
2. NON-ACTIVATED ACCOUNTS - If you signed up for the discord but have decided you no longer want to be a member of our community and have NOT activated your account, you can email us to review your request for a payment refund. Please note that any member who attempts to dispute the associated charges with accessing the discord will have their membership immediately revoked indefinitely with NO REFUND. As a reminder, acceptance of these terms and conditions is also an acknowledgement and acceptance of all associated fees and the refund policy as stated above. By agreeing to these terms and filing a payment dispute, you are conducting illegal chargeback fraud which may/could lead to legal arbitration or further pursuits.
3. REFUND POLICY – General refund requests may be accepted but are not guaranteed. It is our sole and absolute right to determine a valid use of discretion. Under no circumstance are we obligated to provide a refund or credit.
